Yongan Zhang

Yongan Zhang is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in environmental policy analysis and engineering. Currently serving as an Environmental Policy Analyst at Cherokee Nation Businesses since July 2012, Yongan provides deliverable document review, PCEADs development, MMRP training, and RACER estimates in support of AFCEC. Previously, as a Senior Environmental Engineer at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. from February 2007 to September 2011, Yongan focused on environmental remedial technology evaluation and compliance at former Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. Earlier roles included Environmental Engineer at SAIC and Senior Technician at Honeywell, with responsibilities spanning remedial systems evaluation and industrial wastewater treatment.
