Frank Sims

Frank Sims has extensive experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as Chief Master-At-Arms with the US Navy since October 1998 and as HardRock Casino Security Manager at Cherokee Nation Entertainment since October 2012. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southwestern College, which was completed between 2000 and 2004.
