Jennifer Provence began their work experience in the field of leisure sales and marketing at MGM MIRAGE in 2002. Jennifer held the position of Leisure Sales Manager from October 2002 to September 2005, and then became an Assistant Director from October 2005 to November 2008. Jennifer then moved on to work at Bellagio Resort and Casino as the Director of Leisure Sales from November 2008 to April 2011. Jennifer Provence continued to progress in their career at MGM Resorts International as the Executive Director of Leisure Sales and Marketing from April 2011 to October 2015. Jennifer then joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as the Director of Partner Marketing from October 2015 to September 2016. Their most recent role was at Cherokee Nation Entertainment, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Casino Marketing from September 2016 onwards. In this position, they oversaw the implementation of new technologies and completed additional RFPs.

Jennifer Provence received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Meetings and Destinations Management from Northeastern State University in 2002. In 2014, they completed the MGM Resorts Executive Leadership Program, focusing on General Business.
