Jason Shear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason started their career at Ben E. Keith as a Sales/Service Representative - Courier, where they distributed food service products and premium alcoholic beverages. Jason then joined Iron Mountain, where they held various roles including Transportation Supervisor, Manager of Service Delivery - Branch Manager, General Manager, and District Manager. Jason managed multiple facilities and business lines, including employee relations and problem resolution. Following their time at Iron Mountain, Jason worked at Republic Services as a General Manager, overseeing non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services. Jason then joined BrightView Landscapes as a Vice President and later as a Senior Vice President, where they focused on year-round landscaping services. Prior to their current role at Cherry Coatings as the Chief Operating Officer, Jason was a Senior Vice President at Outworx Group, a provider of diversified municipal and facility maintenance services. Jason was responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring the safety and appearance of properties.

Jason Shear earned their Bachelor's degree in Emergency Administration & Planning from the University of North Texas. Jason attended the university from 1998 to 2001.
