Beau Windham has a diverse work history. Beau started their career as an intern at Webber in 2007 and worked there until 2016, progressing through various roles such as Project Engineer, Business Analyst, and eventually becoming the Business Manager. In 2016, they joined Ultara Holdings, Inc. as an sUAS Consultant, and then moved on to Cherry Companies in 2017. At Cherry, they initially took on the role of Leadership Development Rotational before transitioning to Strategic Planning. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Cherry Companies.
Beau Windham attended the University of Mississippi where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Finance.

Cherry Companies is a recycling and demolition company based in Houston, Texas. With more than 65 years in business, Cherry is one of the largest recyclers in Texas and the Gulf Coast region.
