Dave McIlheran

Dave McIlheran has a diverse work experience. Dave is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Cherry Optical Lab, an independent wholesale optical laboratory. Prior to this, they worked at Maui Jim Sunglasses as the Director of Rx Lab Operations. From 2008 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Optical Manufacturing/Plant Manager at Shopko Optical. Dave was responsible for leading a team of 100+ employees and managing the manufacture and shipment of eyeglasses and contact lenses. Before that, Dave worked at Shopko Stores Operating Company LLC in various roles, including Director of Transportation, Divisional Replenishment Manager, and Store Management Positions.

Dave McIlheran attended St. Mary's High School in Burlington. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. From 1984 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the university.
