Jazmine Beatty

Jazmine Beatty is an accomplished art educator currently serving as an Art Teacher at Chesapeake Bay Academy since 2023 and concurrently teaching at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond and leading programs at ART 180. With experience presenting at both the Adding Voices Conference and the National Art Education Association, Jazmine focuses on advancing art education through diverse perspectives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Art Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Texas State University. Prior roles include a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, a design intern at The Hatcher Group, and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.
