Katherine Naumann has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Domino's Pizza, managing HR functions for approximately 3,000 employees across three states. Katherine then joined Sunbelt Therapy Management Services as a Human Resources Director, establishing and overseeing the HR function for a rapidly growing organization.
In 1998, Naumann became a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Solutia Inc., where they handled various generalist and specialist responsibilities, including recruitment and diversity initiatives. Katherine later worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hexcel Corporation, managing HR functions at a non-union manufacturing site and actively participating in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Naumann then held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Arch Chemicals, Inc., where they oversaw HR functions for employees located in multiple U.S. and international facilities. Subsequently, they joined Sara Lee Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR functions for approximately 1,200 employees at a non-union manufacturing facility.
In 2012, Naumann joined Ingersoll Rand as a Human Resources Partner, focusing on elevating the capability of leaders across the organization through coaching and counseling. Katherine also served as a Senior Human Resources Leader and HR Business Partner, managing HR for a large manufacturing facility.
Naumann then transitioned to STANLEY Access Technologies as a Human Resources Director, serving as an HR business partner to the Field Sales & Operations team across the U.S. Finally, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Allegion US, before assuming their current role as the Director of People at Chester's International. In this position, Naumann leads all aspects of Chester's people plan and collaborates with leaders and the Executive team to achieve short and long-term goals in a fast-growing environment.
