Gabriel Aguilar

Gabriel Aguilar is an experienced professional with over 15 years at Chevron, currently serving as a Lead Plant Operations Specialist, recognized for successfully converting a diesel hydrotreater into a co-processing plant for biodiesel. In previous roles, Aguilar has led multi-faceted Turnaround projects as an IMPACT TEAM Leader, overseen engineering teams as Design Engineer Lead and Central Designs Team Lead, and has been involved in major capital projects, notably a $160 million Coker/Crude event. Prior to Chevron, Aguilar worked as a Production Manager and Project Engineer at N/S Corporation, enhancing production efficiency and managing project budgets. Aguilar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
