Jesus Urdaneta

Jesus Urdaneta currently serves as the HR Digital Platform Technical Manager at Chevron, starting in July 2023, where responsibility includes providing strategic direction for leveraging digital technologies to enhance business objectives. From October 1998 to November 2022, Jesus held various roles at Chevron, including Digital Performance Program Manager and IT Strategy and Planning Advisor to the CIO, focusing on IT function goals, benchmarking strategies, and the implementation of performance metrics. Earlier positions included IT Transformation Manager, responsible for new operating models, and Information Technology Manager for the Appalachian Mountain Business Unit. Jesus holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, earned between 1990 and 1995.
