Lee Wistrom

Lee Wistrom, CSP, serves as the HSE Superintendent at Chevron since November 2020, leading the Mid Africa HSE team and integrating Noble Energy and Chevron into a unified operation. Previously, Wistrom held roles such as Health and Safety Team Lead at Noble Midstream Partners LP and HSE Supervisor at Cummins Inc., driving initiatives for incident-free workplaces and enhancing safety cultures. With experience at ConocoPhillips as HSE Lead, Wistrom demonstrated effective leadership in managing safety programs, promoting Behavior Based Safety, and executing HSE project management. Wistrom's early career included positions in industrial hygiene and direct support roles, supported by a Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota.
