Lori Coupard Furman

Lori Coupard Furman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, productivity improvement, and strategic consulting within Chevron, where roles include Digital Talent Competency Lead, Future of Work Lead, and leadership coach. Furman has also held various consulting positions focused on organizational capability, business process improvement, and innovation, significantly contributing to Chevron's IT and operational enhancements. Prior to Chevron, Furman served as Web Team Leader at ChevronTexaco and held leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Director of Production. Furman possesses a BFA with honors in Graphic Design, Business, and Art History from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Leadership at Fielding Graduate University.
