Currently serving as Subsurface Manager at Chevron since October 2025, Mills has previously held key positions at Hess Corporation, SM Energy Company, Ovintiv, Newfield Exploration, Encana Corporation, and Chesapeake Energy. Mills earned a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University.
