Nicole Reed

Nicole Reed is an experienced Facilities Engineer at Chevron, serving since February 2020 and specializing in project management, construction supervision, and cost optimization within the oil and gas industry. Notably, initiatives led by Nicole have resulted in substantial cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Previously, as a Drill Site Manager, Nicole focused on improving drilling operations and achieving a 50% reduction in Significant Incident Frequency events through rigorous safety protocols. Prior to Chevron, Nicole spent over 13 years at AT&T, advancing through various roles to coordinate construction and engineering projects, manage budgets, and implement technological advancements. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate's degree in General Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Leadership & Management at the University of Oklahoma.
