Rick Maxwell

Rick Maxwell, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational capability within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner at Chevron International Fuels and Lubricants since May 2007, Rick has focused on upstream drilling and completions as well as midstream operations. Previous roles at Chevron include HR and Organizational Capability Team Lead and HR Business Partner. Before joining Chevron, Rick worked as a recruiter at Aerotek Engineering, specializing in technical recruiting for oil and gas manufacturing clients. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, earned in 2006.
