Victor Loose

Victor Loose, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in maintenance planning, environmental health and safety (EHS), and logistics within the energy sector. Currently serving as Supervisor of Maintenance Planning & Scheduling at Chevron since August 2025, Victor previously held multiple leadership roles at Hess Corporation from June 2011 to November 2025, focusing on improvements in maintenance operations, safety culture, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, since April 2012, Victor has been the Planning and Zoning Chair for the City of Ray, overseeing land use and zoning decisions. Victor earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Jamestown.
