Gina Brown McIpd

Gina Brown MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gina began their career as a Learning and Development Administrator at eaga PLC in 2006, where they later became a Team Leader in the same field. In 2011, they joined Carillion as a Learning and Development Portfolio Manager, eventually becoming a Talent Portfolio Manager. In 2018, they served as a Campaign Manager at the Government Recruitment Service, Cabinet Office. Following this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of HR Business Partner at Chevron Traffic Management since 2022, where they have recently been promoted to Head of HR Business Partnering in September 2023.

Gina Brown MCIPD obtained a BA in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in 2016. In addition, they have several certifications including a CMI Leadership and Management- Level 5 Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute obtained in 2015, a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from QA Ltd obtained in May 2014, a CIPD Training Practice certification from CIPD obtained in July 2008, and a PRINCE2 Foundation from QA Ltd.
