Jody Schumacher is an experienced Business Solutions Analyst III at WPPI Energy since June 2017, specializing in the support and training of member utilities in metering and billing systems while resolving system-related issues. Prior to this role, Jody worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from October 1999 to November 2016, progressing from a Freight Accounts Payable Auditor to a Freight Accounts Payable Analyst, where responsibilities included system enhancements, root cause analysis, project management, and training on accounts payable systems. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University and multiple associate degrees in Finance, Business Mid-Management, and Fashion Marketing from Madison Area Technical College.
