Kevin Heilenday

Kevin Heilenday has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Kevin is currently employed as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Chevy Chase Trust since January 2022. Before that, they worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, starting as a Summer Associate in 2011 and eventually becoming an Associate in 2012. In 2021, they held the position of Of Counsel at the same firm. Prior to their legal career, Heilenday served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 2005 to 2009. Kevin also worked as an Editor at Essay101.com LLC from 2007 to 2009 and held a Summer Associate role at Brann & Isaacson in 2010.

Kevin Heilenday completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History at Duke University from 2001 to 2005. Kevin further pursued their education at the Duke University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with magna cum laude honors from 2009 to 2012.
