Emma Kanig has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Emma is currently working at Chew as a Senior Chef and Project Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group for several years, starting as a Bouchon Bakery Bread CDP and progressing to roles such as Ad Hoc Pastry CDP, Pastry CDP, and eventually becoming a Pastry Sous Chef at The French Laundry. Emma was responsible for menu planning, coordinating with other chefs, managing inventory, and maintaining recipe records.
