Ian Grossman

Ian Grossman has a strong background in operations and management. Ian'smost recent role was as Director of Operations at Chew, where they began in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Assistant at the same company from November 2021 to March 2023. Ian has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University from September 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations/Partner at The Smoke Shop BBQ from March 2016 to July 2019. Ian has experience as a Project Manager at Speakeasy Hospitality Group from December 2013 to March 2016. Ian has also held the role of General Manager at various restaurants including Sweet Cheeks Q from September 2011 to April 2012, The Russell House Tavern from February 2010 to August 2011, Sel de la Terre from May 2005 to February 2009, Quince Bistro from 2006 to 2007, and Vicki Lee Boyajian from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Ian worked as a Manager at Great Bay in 2004.

Ian Grossman attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an AOS degree in Culinary Arts. Ian has also obtained additional certifications such as Prevention Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in August 2022 and ServSafe Manager from the National Restaurant Association in May 2022.
