Xiao-Wen Mak

Xiao-Wen Mak is an experienced User Research Manager currently at CHG Healthcare since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mak served as User Research Lead at NCR Corporation, where a mixed methods research practice was established along with an actionable insights strategy supporting various business lines. As a Senior User Experience Designer at Kabbage, Inc., Mak significantly improved application processes and helped create integrations with partners. Earlier in the career, Mak held positions as a Senior UX Developer/Designer at Equifax, User Researcher/Designer at Nebo Agency, and worked in user experience roles at Kenexa and Museum of Science. Educational qualifications include an Interactive Development degree from The Creative Circus, a Master's in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology and History from Emmanuel College.
