Yvonne Hilbert

Yvonne Hilbert is the Global People & Culture Deputy Lead Attraction & Retention at CHG-MERIDIAN. Yvonne is responsible for leading and reviewing strategic HR projects, conducting international employee surveys, strengthening employer branding, and implementing employee retention programs. Yvonne also assists the Executive Board in project management, restructuring sales regions, initiating international employee surveys, and analyzing processes for optimization. Prior to their current role, Yvonne was a Trainee at Volkswagen AG and an Intern at BMW Group. Yvonne holds a Master of Arts degree in Unternehmensführung from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
