Nykea Pippion McGriff, CIPS, serves as the Vice Chair of the Business Issues Policy Committee at the National Association of REALTORS® and has held various leadership roles, including President and Director of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Recognized as the 2022 Realtor of the Year, Nykea holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Growth at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where dedication to real estate professionals is paramount. With extensive experience as an instructor and trainer, Nykea is committed to enhancing education and advocacy within the real estate industry. Nykea has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and has actively participated in various organizations, including the REALTORS® Political Action Committee and the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
