Amy Sauvola possesses extensive experience in the fitness and retail sectors, currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Training Manager at Chicago Athletic Clubs since January 2014. Previously, Amy worked as a Fitness Coach at F45 Training, and held various management positions at GNC, Athleta, Macy's, and EXPRESS. In each role, Amy demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to client engagement, developing customized fitness programs and successfully managing teams to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional customer service.
