Carlos R. Diaz

Carlos R. Diaz PMP has extensive experience in project controls and schedule management within the nuclear power sector. Currently serving as the Project Controls/Schedule Manager for the INDIA AP1000 (Mithi Virdi) project at Westinghouse Electric Company since May 2016, Carlos oversees critical project activities related to early works agreements in India. Previously, roles included Project Controls Manager for various nuclear projects at CB&I, where responsibilities encompassed managing new ventures in the UK and decommissioning projects in California, among others. Carlos has also managed substantial project budgets and schedules for Duke Energy and provided project controls expertise for international initiatives, including significant contributions to Russia’s MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility Project. With a solid educational foundation from the College of Central Florida and Pasco-Hernando State College, Carlos is recognized for advancing project management and controls practices in the nuclear energy field.
