Mitzi Hebert

Mitzi Hebert is an experienced Training Manager with a diverse background in employee development and training coordination. Over a career spanning from 2000 to the present, Mitzi has held significant roles at APTIM and CB&I, focusing on the advancement of career development, engagement, and the implementation of Talent Management Systems. Prior to these positions, Mitzi coordinated technical training at The Shaw Group and initiated training efforts at Wink Engineering, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills. With prior experience in sales development and office management at Wells Fargo and Scully Financial Services, respectively, Mitzi has a comprehensive understanding of various training needs within organizations. Mitzi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
