Rob Allen

Rob Allen is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Chicago Cubs since February 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Orica and was a Senior Manager at Gopuff, where responsibilities included establishing a Project Management Office for the Global People & Culture Organization. Rob's extensive tenure at Comcast spanned over 13 years, during which leadership roles included Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing a large recruitment team, and various management positions in Talent Operations and Service Delivery. Rob began a career in recruiting at Fusion Staffing and developed expertise in sports media at ESPN Zone. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver.
