Marika Seebacher

Marika Seebacher has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Team-Manager at Blue Tomato since October 2015, with previous roles including Human Resources Supervisor, Coordinator, and Assistant. Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, managing training and apprenticeships, drafting employment contracts, and advising leaders on employment law matters across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Marika also has experience in knowledge management from findings during a master's thesis at AVL, and earlier roles in marketing and human resources at Bosch and Arcana provided valuable support in recruitment and administrative functions. Marika holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and completed an exchange semester in Supply Chain Management at Jönköping International Business School.
