Christopher Baikauskas

Christopher Baikauskas has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Principal for both Chicago Heights Middle School and Jefferson School within the Chicago Heights School District 170 since July 2012. Previous roles include REACH Director for the District Alternative School, where instructional leadership and special education case management were key responsibilities, as well as Dean of Students at Washington McKinley School, focusing on student discipline and policy enforcement. Chris has a strong background in special education, with previous teaching positions at Wilson School and Bloom High School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education from National Louis University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
