Kate Gannon

Kate Gannon has extensive experience in workforce development and youth programs, having worked at the Chicago Botanic Garden for several years in various roles such as Senior Manager of Workforce Development and Youth Farm Manager. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Chicago Jobs Council, Kate leads the development of new curriculum for professionals based on research and best practices, recruits guest speakers, and designs training evaluation tools. With a Master's degree in Social Work and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Sociology from Loyola University Chicago, Kate brings a strong educational background to their work in empowering individuals through training and workforce development.
