Zach Ciszon

Zach Ciszon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Zach currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Chicago Pacific Founders since February 2019. Prior to this, they worked at IRI in various roles including Principal of Retail Partnerships from April 2018 to January 2019, Director of Corporate Strategy from March 2017 to March 2018, Senior Associate of Corporate Strategy from September 2015 to February 2017, and Associate of Corporate Strategy from January 2014 to September 2015. Before joining IRI, Zach worked as a Consultant at emnos, where they supported the expansion of a loyalty program with a leading U.S. Drug/Pharmacy retailer. Zach also gained experience as a Junior Associate at IRI, focusing on deploying growth strategies and tactics leveraging IRI's data assets and analytics from August 2011 to March 2013. In addition, Zach has prior experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Target, Marketing Director/VP at Ecco Living, and Summer Analyst at The Magis Group. Zach started their career as a Club Associate at Barrington Hills Country Club.

Zach Ciszon attended Northwestern University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish. In 2009, they also participated in a study abroad program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
