Hannah Weiss, MA, LCPC, serves as a Field Instructor at the Institute for Clinical Social Work since July 2020 and has been a Candidate in Psychoanalysis at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute since 2018. Weiss operates a private practice as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist since November 2017 and has been an Advisory Board Member for The Candidate Journal since May 2016, contributing to the peer-reviewed publication focused on psychoanalysis. Previous roles include Psychotherapist positions at Resilience Psychological Services and Dr. Christine Carpenter and Associates, as well as a Graduate Intern at The Lighthouse Emotional Wellness Center and an ER Crisis Counselor at Swedish Covenant Hospital. Weiss earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
