Josh Tohtz

Josh Tohtz is an experienced professional in the construction and scaffolding industry, currently serving as a Representative for the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council since November 2023. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Motorized Manager in the Motorized Group at BrandSafway from May 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included supporting motorized products through various aspects such as training, logistics, and inventory management. Josh's earlier experience at Safway Group spanned almost a decade, including roles as Regional Motorized Construction Manager, Motorized Superintendent, and Crew Lead-Foreman, overseeing operations and projects across multiple branches. Josh began the journey in carpentry through the Carpenter’s Joint Apprenticeship Program, completing training from 2004 to 2008 and achieving a Journeyman designation.
