Brian Gonner

Brian Gonner is a skilled Technical Designer currently employed at Chicago Scenic Studios since March 2018. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Brian taught graduate courses in stage structures in early 2018. Brian has held various roles in regional theater, including Assistant Technical Director at the Children's Theatre Company and Technical Director at the Chautauqua Theater Company. In academic settings, Brian served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Production Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Brian holds a Master of Fine Arts in Scenic Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Evansville.
