Kathy J. Goss

Kathy J. Goss serves as the Head of Human Capital Management Operations and DEI Lead at Chicago Trading Company since November 2020, where leadership focuses on optimizing HR tools, processes, data, and compensation to align with business growth objectives. Previously, Kathy held the role of Human Capital Management Business Partner and DEI Lead at Chicago Trading Company and contributed significantly to the Chicago SHRM Board as Executive Director, enhancing operational efficiency and diversity initiatives. Kathy's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Recruiting at ServiceNow, and successfully building LinkedIn's first global diversity recruiting strategy. Kathy began the career in Inclusion & Diversity at Accenture, advancing through multiple roles, and initially worked as a Benefits Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. Kathy holds a B.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and participated in a foreign exchange program at The University of Manchester.
