Elisha Franklin, MC, MBA, LASAC has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elisha began their career at ValueOptions, Inc as a Case Manager in 2003. They then moved on to La Frontera Arizona Empact-SPC where they worked as a Crisis Clinical Coordinator from 2007 to 2012. Following this, Elisha joined PEOPLE OF COLOR NETWORK as a Clinical Supervisor in the Children's Department. In 2014, they transitioned to Chicanos Por La Causa as a Clinical Supervisor. Elisha worked in various roles within the organization, including serving as the Program Director for the Corazon Residential Treatment Center and the Hospital Step Down Program. In 2022, Elisha joined UnitedHealthcare as an Adult Healthcare Administrator. Currently, Elisha is employed at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) as the Vice President for Humanitarian and Refugee Services as well as Shelter Operations.

Elisha Franklin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington, which was completed between the years 1997 and 2003. Later, Elisha pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Professional Counseling from Argosy University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, Elisha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Grand Canyon University from 2018 to 2020.
