Laura Pollard

Laura Pollard is an experienced professional in education and career development, currently serving as a Librarian at Chichester College Group since August 2025. Previously, Laura held several roles at the Civil Aviation Authority from October 2022 to July 2025, including Career Development Consultant, where leadership of the Early Careers programme led to the implementation of graduate schemes and work experience initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as a Teacher in various primary schools and roles at the RSPCA focusing on apprenticeships development and support. Laura holds a BA Hons. in European Studies with French from Durham University, a PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from BPP University, along with ongoing professional coaching education through Lifetime.
