Justin Richards

Justin Richards has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Georgia. In 2015, they interned as a Business Group Intern at Aon Hewitt. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Business Delivery Specialist at Aon Hewitt. Beginning in 2017, Justin joined Alight Solutions and held various roles, including Defined Contribution Client Specialist II, Workday Analyst, Workday Senior Analyst, Workday Consultant, and Workday Senior Consultant. In 2022, they joined the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as a Product Lead.

Justin Richards obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics from The University of Georgia, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they earned two certifications: Workday Recruiting Certified from Workday in October 2019 and Workday HCM Certified from Workday in February 2019.
