Puloma Chatterjee

Puloma Chatterjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product leadership and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Lead at Encompass Corporation since June 2025, Puloma previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at FORM3 from July 2021 to May 2025. Prior to this, Puloma worked as an independent Regulatory, Financial Crime, Digital, and AGILE Product Lead for major institutions such as HSBC, Scotiabank, and Societe Generale from January 2017 to July 2021. Experience includes a role as Vice President at Citi from December 2015 to December 2016 and Consulting Manager at PwC UK from September 2014 to October 2015. Puloma Chatterjee holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University of North Bengal.
