Silky Raj

Silky Raj is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Senior Lead Product Manager for PayPal Ads, focusing on the product roadmap for PayPal Ads Manager since June 2025. Prior to this, Silky held several significant roles at LinkedIn, including Senior Manager 2 for Lead Management Product, where the product roadmap was defined and executed, achieving a 90% reduction in operational overhead, and Senior Manager for GTM, MarTech Product, leading the implementation of an in-house CRM and Marketing Automation system. Silky also has experience as a Featured Speaker at Product School and a Keynote Speaker at Product-Led Alliance. Previous roles include Product Manager at Fyber, Product Operations Manager at Genesys, and Product Development Manager at BYJU'S, along with co-founding GetMeIntern, which successfully placed over 1,000 candidates with various companies.
