Libby Wanamaker

Libby Wanamaker has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Libby began their career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1996 before transitioning to The Coca-Cola Company in 1999. At Coca-Cola, they held various positions including Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Director of Human Resources, Group Director of Community Affairs, and Global Director of Program Development. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Talent and Development, Learning, Organization Effectiveness, and Engagement at Coca-Cola before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Coca-Cola North America. In 2018, Libby joined BlueLinx Corporation as the Chief Human Resources Officer before assuming their current role as Vice-President Talent Experience at Chick-fil-A Corporate.

Libby Wanamaker completed their education in a chronological order. Libby attended Westminster Day School from 1970 to 1981, where they did not receive a specific degree or field of study. Libby then attended Casady School and obtained their High School Diploma from 1981 to 1985. Libby Wanamaker then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History/Political Science at Duke University from 1985 to 1989. Later on, they attended Emory University School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Texas McCombs School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
