Libby Wanamaker has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Libby began their career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1996 before transitioning to The Coca-Cola Company in 1999. At Coca-Cola, they held various positions including Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Director of Human Resources, Group Director of Community Affairs, and Global Director of Program Development. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Talent and Development, Learning, Organization Effectiveness, and Engagement at Coca-Cola before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Coca-Cola North America. In 2018, Libby joined BlueLinx Corporation as the Chief Human Resources Officer before assuming their current role as Vice-President Talent Experience at Chick-fil-A Corporate.

Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Texas McCombs School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
