Richard Evans

Richard Evans has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A since August 2012. In this role, Richard oversees daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards across various areas such as production, customer relations, and inventory management. Prior to this position, Richard worked as an assistant at Loch Construction from November 2011 to August 2012 and briefly as a salesman at Brookstone in late 2010. Richard completed education at Northern Virginia Community College between 2011 and 2015.
