Roger Falloon

Roger Falloon has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Roger started their career at Rita's Italian Ice in 1997, where they held various roles including Training and Opening Specialist, Operations Manager, Franchise Service Manager, Director of Operations, and VP of Operations. In 2011, they joined Chickie's and Pete's as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the President and COO.

Roger Falloon pursued their education by completing their high school education at Father Judge High School from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, they enrolled at Holy Family University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing, which spanned from 1993 to 1997. Building upon this foundation, Roger then pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing at LaSalle University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2003.
