Roi Wurgaft

Roi Wurgaft is the owner of Wurgaft Consulting & Development LLC, established in December 2013, where collaboration with strategic partners focuses on developing plant and algae-based protein operations. As Chief Technology Officer for New Protein Global and ChickP, Roi Wurgaft leads efforts in innovative, sustainable plant-based protein production. Additionally, a partnership at Mihar Bio-Energy USA emphasizes advanced biomass fuel solutions. Previous roles include consulting for XEDA International and serving as Technical Director at Specialty Protein Producers Inc. Roi Wurgaft holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
