Project Coordinator- Service & Small Construction
Position Summary/Interdependencies:
The Project coordinator assists with all aspects of projects from sale to close out. Projects include Residential, commercial and ATI service and small construction work
Essential Functions:
Assist Project Manager (s) with coordination items as needed
Set up jobs in Jonas, Basecamp, and project folders
Assist with gathering customer data for projects
Scheduling dispatch for work orders
Communicate start times with customers
Coordinate PG&E shutdowns/emails as needed
Invoice for projects per contract milestones
Help manage project scope and communicate change order requirements to sales as needed
Communicate with Engineering team, Sales, and Management

Level of Responsibility:
This is a support position. The Project Coordinator will not make project level decisions or have authority for personnel, budgets, or projects.
Essential Job Requirements:
Driving: Current, valid Driver License for State where you will drive, meet company auto insurance qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 5 + years in energy technology or related technology; 5 + years in Sales; Construction Project Management; Customer Service. Construction/Electrical background is preferred but not required.
Required skills: Strong management skills; Initiative; Leadership; Experience in renewable energy including solar power; Able to read & understand electrical plans; Strong written, oral, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; Computer skills - Basic typing, Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel.

Physical Job Description
Typical Working Conditions: Working mainly indoors with minimal outdoors work in all types of weather – heat, cold, wet, changes in temperature and humidity

Essential Physical Tasks: Ability to sit at desk and computer; Ability to use computer; Bending, Reaching, moving around the office for meetings, including up and down stairs; Communication with others; Office machine usage; Ability to visit job sites which includes walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, working at heights, walking on roofs and other structures; Drive company vehicles.
