Bernadette Howlett

Bernadette Howlett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading global businesses and driving innovation. Currently a member of Chief Executive Women, Bernadette previously served as Co-CEO at Palladium: Make It Possible, where leadership encompassed all aspects of the global business, focusing on capital mobilization for social and environmental impact. Prior roles include Managing Director of Global Growth Platforms at PwC Australia, where Bernadette grew the Insurance practice revenue significantly, and various leadership positions at Monsanto and Wella AG. Bernadette holds an EMBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and additional qualifications in Sustainable Finance from Yale University and Authentic Leadership from Harvard Business School, alongside being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
