Andrea Guendelman

Andrea Guendelman is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as the CEO of Speak_ since November 2021, where the focus is on optimizing recruitment through AI technology. Previously, Guendelman co-founded Wallbreakers, which later evolved into Speak_, and held the role of Co-Founder and CEO at BeVisible, a prominent community for Latinx professionals that was acquired in 2018. Guendelman has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion consulting, notably with the University of Colorado Boulder, where innovative programs were developed to support underrepresented students. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Chile Law School.
