Julie Devine

Julie Devine is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth leadership and strategic partnerships. As a Founding Member of Chief since November 2020, Julie contributes to advancing women's leadership in corporate settings. Prior to this, Julie served as Chief Growth Officer at Cariloop from June 2022 to January 2025, leading marketing, sales, channel partnerships, and customer success initiatives. Julie held key roles at Alight Solutions from 2019 to 2022 as EVP of Strategic Channels & Partnerships and at SunLife in 2018-2019 as Head of Client Success for Maxwell Health, where responsibilities included integration strategy and sales enablement. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Maxwell Health, HighRoads, MMC-Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Professional Resource Services, and Kelly Services. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education from James Madison University.
