Lynette M. Aguilar

Lynette M. Aguilar serves as Vice President and General Manager for AT&T's North Texas market, overseeing a P&L for over 13 million residents and leading a team of more than 1,100 employees across 250 retail locations. With a robust background in customer service transformation, strategic business planning, and marketing analytics, Lynette has held various leadership roles within AT&T, driving initiatives in customer advocacy, service efficiency, and business growth in Mexico. Additionally, Lynette is actively engaged in executive leadership development programs such as HITEC's Board Readiness Program and serves as a member of Chief, a network focused on empowering women executives. Lynette holds an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from St. Mary's University.
